The villa and direct surroundings
The villa is situated ideally al 3 mins walking from the beach and a few cosy restaurants, at 1500m from Calis Boulevard, near Fethiye. Large veranda (65 m2) with Jacuzzi and beautiful tropical garden. Enjoying the sun on the spacious roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa is at the front is a quiet residential area, there are some small shops just a stone throw away.

The villa has a nice ceramic floor, new furniture, radio/cd/mp3cd, satellite-tv, two bedrooms (2x 2-persons beds), living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, cool/freezer, washing machine), large roofed veranda (65 m2) with Jacuzzi (2-persons) and a spacious roof terrace, bathroom/WC and 2 airco's. Parking next to the villa. English speaking owners will be there for you. At your request transport to and from the airport, car hire can be arranged locally.

Koca Calis is situated in an unspoiled area, not yet crowded by tourists. It is one of the few places in the world where Carettas lay their eggs. Koca Calis starts at the end of Calis Boulevard with its lovely restaurants, nice shops and loads of possibilities within walking distance. Calis is situated at a large bay, surrounded by beautiful mountains.

The international airport Dalaman is 40 mins by car. The cosy village Calis and the aquapark are within walking distance or one minute with the bus. Prices in Calis and Koca Calis are significantly lower compared with other places at the Turkish coast.

Nature and activities
Turkey's south-west coast is known as the green coast, the area has a lot of pine tree forests. The residential area itself is also very green and until the end of the season all gardens are flourishing.

• Koca Calis-beach (sand and cobblestones) with a number of cosy bar/restaurants at the beach - Wind-surfing and Kite-surfing (also lessons)
• Calis-beach (sand and cobblestones) with nice boulevard - numerous restaurants and shops for tourists and local people
• Visit to Fethiye with the taxi-boat
• Fethiye has a lovely boulevard to show off during day and night. The old city and the bazaar at the back of the boulevard has nice shops and restaurants something for everyone.
• Choose you own fish on the fish market and have it prepared at one of the restaurants.
• Ölüdeniz-beach (sand), "blue lagoon" of Turkey (45 mins with minibus)
• Water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, water skiing, rafting and paragliding
• Jeep safari
• Dalyan, Carettas at the beach and mud baths
• Aquapark in Calis
• Discotheques in Calis and Fethiye
• Various boat trips (12 islands, Ölüdeniz, butterfly valley)
• Saklikent, a river in 200 meter deep gorge
• Mountain-biking, horseback riding and many more possibilities.
